Donald A. Morgan, ASC is a trailblazing cinematographer whose work has shaped the visual language of American television for over four decades. With 11 Emmy Awards and more than 20 nominations, his credits span iconic series such as Home Improvement, The Ranch, The Conners, and Girlfriends. In 2022, Morgan made history as the first director of photography ever inducted into the Television Academy Hall of Fame—a milestone that honors not only his artistry but his enduring impact on the industry.
Sculpting Don’s likeness was a collaborative and rewarding experience. I had the privilege of working with both Don and his wife, Geneva Nash-Morgan, an accomplished Hollywood character hair and makeup artist whose insight and warmth were invaluable throughout the process. Over several Zoom sessions, we refined Don's likeness and expression in real time
